Job Description
- Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance
- Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities
- Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (priority is Mechanical Engineer/RME and can still consider Electrical
- Engineer/REE)
- Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical) without a professional license may be considered,
provided they meet the required qualifications. - At least 2–3 years of experience in handling boiler operations
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)
- Strong knowledge with the hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports
- Troubleshooting skills are an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
