Job Description
- Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
- Provide training and mentoring to team members
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- graduates)
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, as much as possible in the
plastic/styro industry - Strong technical knowledge of molding processes and equipment
- Experience in injection and blow molding operations
- Has knowledge in preventive maintenance of machine and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Preferably residing in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
