Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Maintain applicant tracking workflows and hiring records
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with process updates
- Help ensure a professional and timely candidate experience
- Track follow-ups and assist with recruiting operations reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or operations experience
- Strong communication and scheduling skills
- Ability to manage details across multiple open roles
- Comfort working in remote team environments
