Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance professional to manage core
Accounting and financial operations. This role will initially function as an individual
contributor, with the opportunity to grow and lead a small team by the end of the year.
Job Description
- Handle monthly and quarterly financial filings and compliance requirements
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts
Receivable (AR) - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Oversee preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and Income Tax
Returns (ITR) - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records
- Utilize accounting software for daily financial operations and reporting
- Support financial planning and analysis as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Lead, Finance Officer or Finance
Associate - Strong knowledge of accounting processes, tax filings, and financial reporting
- Experience using accounting software is required
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry
- Background in startup environments is an advantage
