Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and competent Head Nurse to lead and oversee the
clinical operations of our Dialysis Center. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards
of patient care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and efficient daily operations of
the unit

Job Description

Clinical Oversight

• Supervise and monitor all hemodialysis treatments to ensure safe and effective
• patient care.
• Ensure compliance with established dialysis protocols, infection control policies,
  and safety standards.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and support staff in managing complications.
• Coordinate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals regarding
  patient care plans.

Leadership & Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and evaluate dialysis nurses and staff.
• Prepare duty schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective guidance
  when needed.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment within the dialysis unit.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and other healthcare standards.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory of dialysis supplies and coordinate procurement needs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of dialysis equipment.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• With At least 5 years of experience as a Hemodialysis Nurse
• Minimum of 1+ year experience as a Head Nurse in a Dialysis Center.
• Must have the following certifications:
  ▪ ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  ▪ BLS (Basic Life Support)
  ▪ Hemodialysis Training Certificate
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent clinical knowledge in dialysis management.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
