This role requires hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and the ability to lead HR initiatives that support both clinical and non-clinical operations

Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals
  • (e.g., nurses, dialysis staff, allied health professionals, and other clinical roles).
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective
    recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for qualified healthcare candidates.
  • Ensure timely endorsement, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new
    hires.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies
  • and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary
    matters.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development
    initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Assist and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and respond to related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Policy & Compliance Management

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with healthcare standards and labor regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within Human Resources, such as
  • HR Lead, HR Manager, Senior HR, or any similar HR supervisory role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
  • Basic hands-on experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and labor
    law compliance.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

  • Monday-Friday | 9 AM- 6 PM
