Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to ensure output
targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met. The role supervises production
teams, coordinates with support departments, ensures safety compliance, and
implements process improvements to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to achieve daily targets and

- Monitor and improve production processes for maximum efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth
operations - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing production plans and strategies
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in
manufacturing - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
