6. Has an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

7. Amenable to work on UK schedule, weekend schedule, overtime and holidays.

8. Work From Home setup – candidate is required to have a stable internet connection and preferably a working computer.

Job Summary:

1. Grow new business revenue by ensuring inbound leads from our online seminars and webinars are followed up and fully maximized.

2. Handles inbound and outbound calls to promote featured products and services to our valued clients.

3. Provide outstanding client-centric service on sales-oriented queries and concerns.

4. Work to build and promote confidence in the brand/product and maintain strong relationships over the phone to result in sales.

5. Adhere to work requirements such as talk time, number of dials, sales quota and more importantly, compliance.

6. Process customer receipts and updating customer records.
