2. College Graduate
3. NCR based applicants
4. With Sales and Recruitment background
5. With managerial experience at least 2years

Job Description:

1. Must be full-time head
2. Formulate unit mission, aligned to branch/region vision and mission
3. Implement sales and skills program to increase agent productivity
4. Adopt a recruiting system
5. Implement an agent installation system
6. Increase agent base and improving agent productivity
7. Target-setting/annual planning with agents
8. Performance Review (weekly one-on-one with agents)
9. Provide trainings:
   • sales clinics during unit meetings
   • joint field work
   • coaching
   • ensures attendance weekly meetings (unit, branch, region & sector)
