Job Description

1. A prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of content regularly, to expand our company’s and our client’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and sales.
2. This role requires a high level of creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and advanced project and time management skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital media content creation
• Digital Marketing campaign management
• Create content to drive traffic, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include website copy, product descriptions, email marketing content, guides, product packaging, blog posts, catalog copy, etc.).
• Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote products and to attract site visitors through organic search, social media, and email subscribers.
• Grow the subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
• Contribute effectively within a team environment. This role is at the core of the content marketing team, and others on the team will rely on your work every single day.
• Collaborate with other content writers, graphic designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Manage regular social media posts and online communities by providing compelling content native to each channel for optimum amplification and engagement.
• Balance multiple ongoing tasks and meet tight deadlines while ensuring the quality of your copy is consistent and on par with brand voice and style guidelines.
• Play a pivotal role in maintaining consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all channels by writing clear, engaging, and detailed copy that is aligned with brand ideals.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with marketing and branding content for our affiliates – MBE CPAs, MBE Wealth Management, Payroll Solutions, GoVirtual Office, Workforce Solutions, Real Estate Management Solutions, and Secure Storage.
• Assists the management team with special projects
• Assists administrative staff when back up is needed
• Other duties as assigned
