The HR Generalist will partner with project leaders in servicing our clients, maintaining our high-performance culture and achieving the strategic goals of the company. You will work closely with other members of the team to support our clients in important functions including, but not limited to: performance management, benefits, compensation, training and development, legal compliance/policies, HRIS, and assisting with employee relations.
What you will be doing:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with general HR related questions
- Provide positive support as needed to the organization, including building and maintaining effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization
- Support and lead various initiatives; understand the external landscape of HR, be a thought leader, best practices, research and evolving trends
- Facilitate benefits administration, including day-to-day employee inquiries, processing enrollments/changes, monthly allocations and reporting, and helping execute annual benefits enrollment process
- Maintain employment and confidential files to ensure organization, compliance and confidentiality
- Maintain awareness of the legal and regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws governing various aspects of HR
- Help coordinate the performance management lifecycle and regular compensation reviews
- Assist in proposing, drafting and administering human resources policies and procedures as needed, including the annual employee handbook update
- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging systems and tools to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
- Provide support to business leaders as assigned

Experience and Skills Needed:
- 2+ years of generalist experience, preferably in the technology sector
- Should have an experience supporting US employees and knowledge of US labor regulations/benefits administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and complete tasks efficiently and effectively; highly responsive
- Problem solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely data/analyses
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- Strong communicator (verbal and written) with demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally
- Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing business needs
- Proven knowledge of HR related laws and regulations, policies and best practices
- Strong experience with HR systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
