DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing a patient’s medical records after a visit from the Hospital
- Encodes the chart to process claims from patients
- Identify missing information and provide resolution
- Submit forms to insurers for reimbursement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CIC, CPC or CCS Certification
- College Graduate of BS Nursing or Med Allied Course
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inpatient Coding
- Must be willing to work onsite
