Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to
perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and testing of
diagnostic machines and equipment. The role also involves providing technical support,
conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring machines are fully operational before
and after deployment.

Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines and
• equipment.
• Conduct machine calibration, alignment, quality control, inspection, and testing
  prior to delivery.
• Evaluate machines to ensure they are fully functional and operational.
• Conduct product orientation, demonstrations, and actual machine operation
  training for clients.
• Prepare and submit service reports and other documentation related to daily
  activities.
• Respond to client service concerns and provide technical support, including after
  office hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Technical Supervisor regarding service schedules and
  technical concerns.
• Travel to client sites nationwide as required to perform installations, maintenance,
  and repairs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), BS Electronics
• Engineering, or a vocational course related to electronics or engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Computer Engineering graduates
  are not qualified.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• Must have strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for machines and
  equipment.
• Patient, hardworking, flexible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel nationwide and render overtime, weekend, or holiday work when
  needed.
